EX5 Series | A New Direction In PC Chassis Design
Defined By Form. Driven By Flow. Divided For Precision

Phanteks is proud to introduce the EX5 lineup, the first chassis models announced in the new EX Series. First showcased at Computex 2026, the EX5 lineup features an innovative compartmentalized architecture that delivers a fresh approach to PC chassis design, combining distinctive aesthetics with purposeful airflow. As the cost of building a high-performance PC continues to rise, the EX5 lineup is designed to help builders reduce overall system costs while maintaining efficient cooling.
Breaking away from the traditional “fish tank” layout, the EX5 organizes key components into dedicated chambers, delivering fresh airflow directly where it is needed while efficiently exhausting heat throughout the chassis. This optimized airflow design reduces the need for excessive fan configurations, helping builders reduce the number of additional case fans required while maintaining efficient airflow throughout the chassis. A strategically positioned rear mainboard fan provides direct airflow to the VRM and RAM while helping direct GPU heat away from surrounding components.
Designed to support today’s modern hardware, the EX5 lineup accommodates graphics cards up to 358 mm in length while providing dedicated 360 mm radiator support across every model. The spacious interior offers ample room for cable management, while integrated ARGB lighting around the chassis complements its clean, modern appearance. Lighting can be synchronized through compatible mainboards or the optional NEXLINQ ecosystem, allowing builders to personalize their system with ease.
The EX5 lineup is available in three configurations. The EX5 provides a flexible foundation for builders to pair with their preferred AIO liquid cooling solution, while the EX5 PLUS and EX5 MAX feature the new Glacier One 360S25-SE AIO fully integrated into the chassis. Its concealed tubing creates the signature “no-tubes” aesthetic of the PLUS and MAX, while the single-frame S25 ARGB fan assembly uses a single cable to simplify installation and reduce cable clutter. The Glacier One 360S25-SE AIO also supports NEXLINQ for streamlined fan and lighting control and will be available separately as a standalone cooling solution.
EX5 – The builder’s canvas.
Designed for enthusiasts who value complete flexibility, the EX5 features a pre-installed rear mainboard fan while allowing builders to pair the chassis with their preferred AIO liquid cooling solution. It is the perfect foundation for creating a clean and personalized showcase build.

EX5 PLUS – Clean by design.
The EX5 PLUS features the integrated Glacier One 360S25-SE AIO with concealed tubing, creating a streamlined “no-tubes” aesthetic while providing high-performance CPU cooling. The Glacier One 360S25-SE uses a single-frame S25 ARGB fan assembly with a single cable for the complete fan frame, simplifying installation and reducing cable clutter. A large copper base and fin array efficiently cool high-end CPUs under heavy loads, while its clearance-focused design maximizes compatibility around motherboard and RAM components.

EX5 MAX – The complete showcase.
The EX5 MAX combines the integrated Glacier One 360S25-SE AIO with a 6-inch high-resolution display, enabling real-time system monitoring and customizable visuals while retaining the same integrated cooling configuration and concealed tubing design as the EX5 PLUS.
